  • Regional trends showing changes in percentage strain prevalence can be seen from the graphs below; Grey - all coronavirus strains in the UK combined, Blue - all coronavirus strains in regions named, Red - (S-) strain prevalence - e.g, B.1.1.7 (alpha strain), Green – (S+) strain prevalence - e.g, B.617.2 (delta strain).

  • The R value of the datasets as an average of the latest seven days for each is shown below for each graph. The graphs and R values can be hidden and reshown by clicking on the legend categories below.
